Training Terms & Conditions

By registering for a training program offered by Murguia Online Investigations LLC, the registrant agrees to and certifies on behalf of themselves and any individuals they register that:


  1. Each registrant is a credentialed law enforcement or public safety professional and agrees to provide proof of valid credentials upon request.
  2. Each registrant understands that training and all associated materials are intended solely for the personal use of the paid registrant. Training access may not be shared with or viewed by individuals who are not registered.
  3. No registrant may record, copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any portion of the training, presentations, or materials provided by Murguia Online Investigations LLC without prior written authorization.
  4. All training materials remain the intellectual property of Murguia Online Investigations LLC and may not be used for unauthorized training, presentations, or commercial purposes.


Online Training Cancellation Policy

Due to limited availability and the nature of online training, all registrations are final. Once a registration is completed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.


Live Training Cancellation Policy

Please note: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to murguiaonlineinvestigations@gmail.com.


  • Substitutions: Registrants may be replaced by another qualified individual at any time, provided the replacement meets the training eligibility requirements.
  • Cancellations 15 or more days before training: Registrants or their agencies will receive a full refund for cancellations received in writing at least 15 days before the first day of the scheduled training.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of training: Registrants or their agencies are responsible for 100% of the registration fee. However, the full amount will be held as a credit toward a future Murguia Online Investigations LLC training program.
  • No-shows: Registrants who fail to attend the scheduled training are responsible for 100% of the registration fee. The full amount will be held as a credit toward a future training program.


Refunds will be processed on the 20th of the month, or the next business day, following the approval of the cancellation.

By registering for training, the registrant and/or their agency acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
